A: Each sales event is dedicated to the goods from a single Shop. Discounts will typically range from 50% off regular retail price.

Q: How will I know when a sale is coming?
A: 7 days before a sale an email flyer will be sent to your email address. You will be reminded again on the day the sale starts! Please make sure that emails from hiso-online.com are not placed in your spam box or you may miss the sale of your favourite Shop!

Q: Are the goods Quality?
A: Our exclusive relationship with the owner shop  partners guarantees the authenticity of all goods sold on our website.

Q: What are the delivery costs?
A: Delivery costs are THB 50.00 regardless of the amount of goods purchased.(only bkk)

Q: Where can I receive the goods purchased?
A: Delivery of goods is done solely within Thailand and can be delivered to a destination of your preference. We recommend that you should indicate a delivery address where you will be during office hours. If no one is available to accept delivery of the goods, delays and additional expenses may occur.

Q: Which company delivers the goods?
A: Thai Post will be the courier of choice. Should you be located outside Bangkok, Thai Post will be the courier of choice.

Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay either via Credit Card (Visa and/or Mastercard) or Debit Card. We use Kasikorn Bank�s secure online payment system to ensure security for you. The site is secured and encrypted via Versign SSL 256-bit encryption.

Q: What if there is something wrong with my order?
If the item is damaged or the wrong good was delivered or not received please visit our Return page for easy to follow instructions.
